Conference delegates must have registered and paid the required registration fees in full before requesting an official letter of invitation for Visa purposes. Requests for official invitation letters should be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org providing the following information: full name, date of birth, passport number, current job.
Please note that the Organizing Secretariat will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a participant.
We strongly recommend to plan Visa application well in advance. Should the Visa application be denied or not approved in time to attend the event, GEAM will refund the fee paid only if written request or cancellation is submitted.
