Registration fees are outlined below. One abstract per person is allowed.

Registration fees include
- access to all conference sessions
- a copy of Symposium proceedings and conference materials
- gala dinner (except for students and single-day entrance)
- coffee breaks.
Registration will only be deemed valid following receipt of payment for the fee due.

Rembursement policy
Rembursement for Authors
Entrance fee will NOT be refunded in the following cases:
- if the paper is withdrawn
- if the author cannot present the paper at the Conference (the author will nevertheless be able to appoint a substitute to present his/her paper at any time at no extra cost by notifying the Organising Secretariat)
Rembursement for Participants
The Symposium Secretariat will reimburse registration fees already paid if written request or cancellation is submitted. Reimbursement will be as follows:
- 80% before May 15th 2021
- 50% before June 15th 2021
No refund will be possible after June 15th 2021.

VAT EXEMPTION
EU companies that registered their VAT number on the internationally recognized electronic system of VAT data exchange (VIES) are exempt from Italian VAT on conference fee. Please check the VAT number of your organization HERE and, if valid, tick the box of VAT exemption in the registration form.
Visa application
Conference delegates must have registered and paid the required registration fees in full before requesting an official letter of invitation for Visa purposes. Requests for official invitation letters should be sent via email to geam@polito.it providing the following information: full name, date of birth, passport number, current job.
Please note that the Organizing Secretariat will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a participant.
We strongly recommend to plan Visa application well in advance. Should the Visa application be denied or not approved in time to attend the event, GEAM will refund the fee paid only if written request or cancellation is submitted.
